Only just started reading it and I gotta comment already. Looks good, but there are no 2 year vets (they're still sprogs), the youngest you can join the cops is 18 and a half (you used to be able to join the cadets at 17 I think but I dont know if the cadets are even a thing anymore) but the most egregious thing I read is this. No cop who works the street EVER says he/she hopes for a "quiet" shift out loud. It's the kiss of death and any cop near them would groan and smack them upside the head for the horrible shit that was gonna rain down upon them because some idiot tempted fate. Looking forward to reading the rest though.

Great sart , although you have left a little early with your ending. Expect to see more action in that you have described a woman with some exceptional martial arts skills. It is your story and somewhere in this is going to be a good ending and perhaps the bad guys will meet a similar fate to Steve.

Well, yes, please continue. What is left of the auction? What happens after Sarah is sold before she is lead away to meet her new master/mistress? What adventures (lol) will Sarah have to endure before she finally gets her freedom? I always wish for a good ending when the victim is innocent whereas if the victim is a real bitch to others, I am ok with having a lot of things happen to the victim. Either she learns how to treat others well or she ends up a broken slave. Steve certainly did not deserve to die in such a horrible way so I hope some payback will come to Sarah to inflict on the slavers. Or maybe there is a good ending with Sarah being treated well and she really does learn to love her master/mistress?
