Editing could be a tad better. Otherwise nice way of storytelling.

Plotwise all cards fall into place a tad too easily in Ch#3, for my taste: changed the world, i.e. apartment and behavior, in one day ... right on first time, no errors or mishaps ... required help arrives instantly – had just waited to be of service ... Still, I appreciate the creative ideas and fast pace. Definitely not boring. Even better, a surprise in the ending scene somewhat balances out this otherwise too perfect plot scenario.
