Not gonna lie, awesome story if love to see more of. The protag taking a small reign of vengeance against her by pounding her so silly once she's had the first baby she gets pregnant again.

Him learning Italian just so he could talk to the goons.

Ooooh, maybe he talks to female captain of her's that poses as her "sister" who helps babysit when she does supply runs. Helps smuggle him fertility drugs to help keep their darling boss pregnant.

There could even be a twist where the boss figures it out and uses the drugs on the captain before forcing hubby to knock her up too. Make sure her kids have some cousins to play with.

It is different, but that’s good. Break your formula a bit and try this new dynamic out. Although, I would like to keep your usual fetish high points intact.

Different from the usual but still enjoyable. As for where it might go who’s to say Bella is the only female leader? Or there may be some other Dons with not as strong leaderships that could crumble from within with the right “persuasion”
