The grammar issues in this aren't just the speech. They're everywhere. It's difficult to read.

It's a great idea for a story but the grammar really needs an editor and you spend a long time describing weird stuff. If I wanted to be intimately familiar with the procedure of taking a piss, I'd be reading a piss story.
