Good world building but some of the dialogue is very jarring it’s completely at odds with the environment that the characters are in. Words like “bruv” and “famished” come from a completely different era.

I’d strongly recommend using the Tags function for future stories, it’s the perfect way to advise potential readers of the story content. This one’s just not for me.
