Wedding Night

"That was wonderful," murmured Sarah, exhausted.

"Mm-hmm," I agreed. "How are you feeling...? you know..."

"A little sore, but very happy." She replied and snuggled closer. "But I don't think I'll be up to doing that again tonight..."

"That's fine."

"Besides," she looked up at me and grinned mischievously, "with a little imagination and an open mind, we can have plenty of fun!"

"That's true." I replied with a chuckle before kissing the top of her head when she put it back down.

"I know we really should get cleaned up, but I really don't want to move," she said with a groan.

"Yeah, I just want to lay here with my wife." I replied with a chuckle, and gave her a light squeeze.

"That sounds good to me. I just want to lay here with my husband. We'll wash up later."

Despite it being rather early in the evening, and in need of a clean-up, we both fell asleep, basking in the gentle warmth of our post-lovemaking afterglow.

This is originally the very tail end of a fanfiction series that I've been writing. It was a Valentine's Day present to my wife that she bugged me for. The names have been changed as I normally like keeping my smut and my fandom content separate, but I couldn't think of another scenario to write about at the time. Even so, I hope you enjoyed it, and congratulations if you somehow manage to figure out the fandom it comes from, but I doubt you will considering how far removed this is from the original plot! XP
