I suggest you use more Tags for your writing and put it in the right Category. Someone saying “no please don’t stop” during sex because they’re desperate to orgasm doesn’t make it consensual sex. The physiological response is responsible for that comment. What I managed to read of it was well written and flowed easily. It was the content that made me rate it 1 star.
