I disagree with the first comment. This is, to me, a perfect dom/sub relationship. There doesn't need to be disrespect, pain, and humiliation involved to have a Dom/sub relationship. Attitude, confidence, and control are all that is needed to be a dom.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that there is only one right way to dominate someone, but my personal preference is dominating with strength, confidence and control.
