Why would HE be making the dinner, if he was working hard all day. Shouldn't the lazy cow have had a dinner ready for the two of them? It doesn't say that she was working at all, and yet he's supposed to cook dinner as well as provide the income for the family?

I thought it was a good story, but it has a few inconsistencies. Describing the husband's "sheer terror" while they're still just talking about it was premature. That emotional description is better saved for when he's watching the video.

And overall, I'd recommend checking with an editor or at least get some input from beta-readers to ensure it flows smoothly.

Basically, this is a "Be careful what you wish for" story.

The story had promise but please...please get ab editor. Constant changes from present tense to past tense was annoying. You either changed at times from third person to first person but that may have been missing quotation marks. Honestly I didn't finish because it was just too sloppily written.
