Nothing safe or sane about hundreds of needles being stuck into a sub. She claims she isn't a masochistic pain slut?

I went ahead and gave 5 stars because of the quality of the writing. How could anyone survive hundreds of needles. And without ANY blood? Unreal! It wasn't real, just a dream (fantasy). But would he really do that to someone? Or was saying it out loud cathartic so she could reach the point of knowing why she wants her clit pierced?

I am completely drained after this chapter. It's like waking up from a nightmare.
