Long story about nothing

This is just a bit too sad and very confusing. Sounds like sub/slave was born or given to someone in another country to have as a slave but got "given" to Master, with her old family thinking it would be temporary but her relationship with Master being permanent. Very confusing and possibly hurtful to the sub. I would be tempted to tell both sides (old family and present Master) that she herself will control her own life and live where she wants to. It isn't their decision to make.
