Basically it comes down to translation. In your native language this story is probably, hopefully, witty and riveting. Your translation of it to English was awful, however. Write for yourself. Write for people who don't require translation. When you improve people will want to do the translation for you.

I'm far more curious about the individual who favorited this! Why is this rated as high as it is?
