In the states, there are many places that consider you married if you are living together and have a child together. It's called a common-law marriage. You could take that evidence to a court and get custody of the child. The guy is obviously a better parent to the child than the woman is and with the evidence he could take the child and raise it properly.

I can’t remember reading a story of this genre with so little emotion in it. It does give the story a unique slant.

Whilst I wasn't seeking 100's for the story, in a way it's therapy for me. As I've stated in part 2, which should be up any day now, this is indeed as true as they get. What I've done is written about my situation, what happened and how I've dealt with it.

It's not everyones cup of tea I understand that, but to hell with those of you who sent rude abusive emails to me for no other reason than to make yourselves feel big or whatnot. I've taken that option off, and will just rely on here to see if people like what I write or what I don't.

To those of you rating this story well, around the 75 area, thats unbelievable. Thank you so much. I know it's not quite shakespeare or whatnot, but that's not what I am aiming for. All I aimed for was to show that sometimes, cheating isn't erotic, infact its as far from erotic as you can get and that not everyone handles it the same way. I hope by the end of part 2 you can understand why I did what I did and for what reasons. Sometimes theres more than just myself to think of.
