Nice first effort, but this really needed editing. For example, this sentence: "Maria didn't or pretended not to notice." Maria didn't what? Perhaps you could have written it as, Maria didn't notice, or if she did, she pretended not to. If that was the only confusing issue, I'd have ignored it, but there were many similar confusions.

Are you a very jealous guy, but at the same time, do you need to see your wife with other men? Did I understand your quirks correctly? Dude, it looks like this is not a naughty sexual kink - you have a neglected form of bipolar mental disorder.
