Decent story, but if you're doing a period piece you should really research names from that period when naming your characters. The majority of the names you used are much more modern than would have been common in the 50's. Instead of Tiffany, Jennifer, Amber, think Patricia, Mary, and Linda, for example.

Also, shaving wasn't common 'til much later (trimming would have sufficed) and I was disappointed that there was no mention of he hymen and the pain associated with first time sex. If you want to be period accurate, do more research. Aside from the drive-ins, this could have easily been present day.
