She's taking his testicles. Shouldn't a Dr be getting informed consent. She always gets him to agree but doesn't tell him what she's really doing. I will assume she was hired by his ex out of some sadistic revenge game they play. It's not clear why the lesbian ex married him in the first place unless it was all to set him up for this in the end. Talk about a long game.

I’ve loved this series - fun, sexy, quirky. Something about this one and the rope/string play then the pegging was, for me, just off the charts arousing! So well done. Perhaps pushes the boundaries of believability here and there…and I was fine with that.

On a side note: as somebody who tucks everyday, I very much identify with things feeling wrong somehow when not tucked!

This series is a "Forced Feminization" story series NOT a "Transgender & Crossdresser" catagory, unfortunately there isn't such a category and the closest would be "Mind Control". 2 Stars
