A little odd the male protagonist seems more interested in the other men fucking his g/f than in her? I’ve no doubt that it could be a very sexy story but to me it just doesn’t come across that way at present.

Maybe try describing how things felt as opposed to the clinical side of things? Best of luck with your writing.
