I liked the story right up until "I want a baby". I think most responsible adults who fantasize/contemplate incest draw the line at the real reason that most mammals are averse to incest. That is, the higher than normal chance for major birth defects. Some countries that allow incest even have laws stating that incestuous relationships are fine, as long as the couple doesn't have any children. Incestuous couples having children is just plain irresponsible.
