The women would have been a mindless slave and their Master and the Daddies on the ship would have been arrested following the disappearance of both girls. The police would have checked the email messages and search history of Hanna and Grace for clues. Hanna and Grace (even if her path was more "forced") can happily be a slave and be hired as a "personal assistants" (maybe "persuade" potential clients in private) and no one would notice.
