This story had promise. But, unfortunately the author ruined it by turning the guy into a total piece of human excrement abusing a kid. Lose this one.

This should definitely be under Sci-Fi or CNC as this isn't BDSM. It's just an asshat torturing and abusing a young women with the threat of selling her.
