The movie ended, but they stayed holding each other in the same position for some time. Alice continued to purr even though her throat began to dry and itch. Sera continued to clutch Alice on and off like her life depended on it. However, Alice was only human, sort of. And her eyes began to drift, eyelids slipping closed. Sera wasn't letting her snatch even a minute of sleep though. Each time the celestial freaked out and squeezed Alice, it would pull the catgirl out of her decent into dreams.

Alice politely asked Sera to roll onto her side, facing away. Sera was much too tall to be properly spooned by someone of Alice's size. But Alice still pressed her body against Sera's back and hugged her tight. Sera took the hand that Alice hugged her with and held it tightly to her chest. Alice felt the powerful being shudder a few times before she drifted off to sleep. Alice Hoped the embrace was better for Sera than spending the night alone.

Sera could never thank Alice enough for her warmth.

When Alice woke, Sera was no longer in her arms. The covers were pulled and tucked as if she had never been there. Alice was instantly awake and threw off the covers "Sera!?" she called, worried about her cellmate. Her eyes quickly scanned the small room for places Sera usually was when she woke up. The search took half a second with how small the room was.

But what was obviously apparent to Alice as she scanned the room, was a drastic change to the wall between the TV and the kitchen area. While Alice had slept, a door had appeared, a normal door, nothing out of the ordinary except for its impromptu appearance. Despite its normalcy, the door fired something off in Alice's head. Was she being given an out, could she leave? Was this what Sera wanted to show her, that there had always been a door there, she just couldn't see it?

Alice took a few steps towards the door but stopped on the way there, questioning one last place. She had never seen Sera use the bathroom, but she felt she had to check if Sera was in there before letting her curiosity kill the cat. "Sera?" she asked quietly, poking her head into the modest bathroom. No response, and visually no one there. Without even processing how she got back across the floor, Alice found herself staring at the doorknob, her hand inching towards it.

She turned her hand, and the absolute instant the latch clicked out of the hold, the door blew outwards as if depressurizing. The force of the door nearly wrenched Alice's arm out of its socket before her hand slipped off of the handle. The momentum threw her through the precipice and into an inky void, she spun violently, weightless and unable to tell up from down. The only orientation Alice had was the white rectangle of light that came through the doorway. She could glimpse it every once in a while if her uncontrollable spin turned her the right way. But even that became dark. She heard the door slam shut, then there was only blackness, and her inner ear churning.

Alice's heart was beginning to race. She couldn't tell up from down, and the spinning was making her nauseous. Even more so, she had no idea what was going on. It felt like she was falling, but from where? To where? Her thoughts became frantic, images of her body crumpling against something fiercely hard, or pierced on some jagged thing, flashed over a canvas of black, her imagination filling in the void. Alice screamed a nothing into the endless, seamless black, wishing for the world to stop spinning, for her to stop with it.

Desperate and with nothing else to do, her baser instincts of helplessness bubbled up with the bile. "Sera!" she yelled, the name of the only one who could possibly do anything, who even knew she was alive. But there was nothing, not even an echo from a far off wall or rushing floor. Alice felt like she was going to vomit, but swallowed the feeling down and took a deep breath. "SSERRRRAAAAAA!!!" She screamed, as loud as she possibly could, her throat burning from the air that screeched past her vocal chords.

Fiat lux. Blinding. Brighter than anything. Pure radiation, so strong it should have ripped Alice apart, atomized her. A heat that should have burned, set fire, scorched past the bone, but only warmed.

Alice gasped and closed her eyes, but that barely did anything. The light wasn't even red from behind her eyelids, just dimmed to a slightly less brilliant white. She still spun wildly, but put her hands over her eyes which helped a little, blocking out some of the overwhelming sensation.

Out of the blue, Alice let out a wheezing 'oof' as she slammed into something soft but rigid. It wrapped around her gently as she decelerated to a standstill. The moment the thing she had slammed into placed a hand on the back of her head and cradled her to its chest, Alice knew it was Sera. She wrapped her arms around the tall celestial and nuzzled her, a warm embrace. Though comforted by the end of her freefall, Alice was still blind, and nervous.

"Can you turn off the light?" Alice asked Sera, hopeful.

Sera stroked the back of Alice's head, brushing the edges of her ears. "Not t-this one..." Sera said, her voice shaky. Sera's face was beat red, though not that Alice could see. She was trembling, her hand shaking as she stroked Alice's head. "N-not this one k-kitten..."

Alice tried to open her eyes to get a good look at Sera, or even just a glimpse. But the moment her eyelids began to open they shut again in pain. It was just too bright. Sera had noticed Alice open her eyes slightly, and with the tiny movement her shaking grew worse.

"Where are we? Sera, what is going on? Is this what you wanted to show me? I can't see anything." Alice asked in a burst, not giving any time for Sera to answer.

Sera pulled Alice's head tighter against her chest. Racing, odd triplet beats echoed from her chest into Alice's ears. "S-s-some might say this... This is my soul. Others might say thi-this is my heart." Sera said, stuttering madly. "But... b-but they would both be w-wrong. Those concepts could not even begin to explain what y-y-you are looking at, what you are inside, what we have just done. Oh fuck... oh fuck... oh fuck... wh-what have we... What have I-I... I done?"

Alice tried to pull her head back, starting to frighten. But Sera either wouldn't let her or was too nervous to notice. "Sera? What did we do? What is this place?!" Alice asked, her voice pitching up in fear.

Sera seemed to steel her speech as she talked about herself, almost as if it was practiced. "We... we seraphim are beings of light, within each of us burns the cosmic pairing to the eternal darkness. A crucible of pure energy. Everything that could be, would be, will be, and has been. Some of us say that the universe, all universes were stolen from us. Others say we are remnants of its creation."

"Ummmm...?" Sera said, in an effort to coax meaning.

"Kitten..." Sera said a little disappointed that Alice didn't understand. "This is my crucible. A place forbidden to enter by anyone but the Seraph that it is contained in. N-not only is it dangerous, should a b-be-being learn how to harness it... learn how to use it..." Sera spoke slowly, but her resolve began to falter as she dug through the meaning. "Not only could it be dangerous. But it is... it is... is..." Sera's blush began to grow, her whole body was heating up, and Alice could feel it.

"What is it?" Alice asked, curiosity overruling her quiet concern. She squeezed the hug even tighter to try to reassure Sera, but it only managed to elicit a strange groan from the tall celestial.

"Uh... mmmm... Ummm... Ok, ok, ok..." Sera said, psyching herself up with a few deep breaths. "Kitten... I'm not sure what the right word is, but... For you to be here is... Extremely... lewd."

Alice stifled a laugh. "Lewd?" she asked.

"Y-You are in my crucible!" Sera said, anxious. "Holy shit... you are floating in my crucible... ummm... wow... I mean... It would be like, someone staring into your most private place but... on a cosmic, absolutely forbidden s-scale." Sera began to feel a little overwhelmed, her blush reaching ludicrous levels, tinting her olive skin to rust.

"I... know... but. I can't really see anything... Is it... sex-eeep!" Alice let out a startled squeak as she felt something hard and growing begin to press against her pelvis. "Uhhh... Sera? What is that?"

"Oh fuck, oh shit... fuck fuck fuck..." Sera stammered. "I promise I am not trying to be this turned on, th-the opposite in fact. It's just... You can't possibly know how intimate this is for a seraphim, hell... I am not even sure if any other seraphim knows how intimate this is... I can't help it... I, it's just... I..." Sera was lost, unable to explain more.

Alice shushed the blathering celestial. "Sera... You have a penis. You have a dick?" Alice asked, incredulous, wondering how she had never noticed.

"Y-yes, I do... Ummm, all seraphim do." Sera said, her hardening member slipping between Alice's legs as it grew, tenting Sera's robe.

Alice moved her legs a little, both giving it room to rise and judging its size. "Holy fuck," Alice said, her own temperature rising. "Sera, it's fucking huge. Why? Why is it so big?"

Sera whimpered, her dick continuing to grow. "Alice!" she pleaded. "I know it's not as big as some... or... all the other ones, but... you don't have to make fun of me... I am already putting myself out here... I... please...?"

"What in the actual fuck are you talking about?" Alice said, trying to look up at Sera's face, but was blinded again. "It's the size of my forearm, shit... it's thicker than my forearm and... I am pretty sure, yep, It's... still growing..." Her own lust building along with something akin to fear at the ridiculous size of Sera's member.

Sera huffed, unsure if she believed Alice. "I am... the smallest of all my sisters." She said, a little embarrassed "N-not only... down there, but in total form and power as well. I... excuse me if I do not believe what you say... I can still hear their mocking."

Alice hugged the seraphim tightly and stifled another laugh as she felt Sera's member jump. "Don't be stupid, you are a fucking horse." Alice said, though trepidation still flowed. "I mean... I'm gonna be honest, you might be too big for me-m-most girls... er, people? Beings?" Even though the enormity of Sera's cock was intimidating, Alice had never even considered the possibility that Sera could dick her down. She was increasingly becoming more aroused, she hoped Sera couldn't feel the heat that was radiating between her legs.

Sera didn't speak for a long moment. "I suppose no one complained in the past... but... I was never really in a state to care. I've never been in my right mind when it ever got this far." Sera seemed a little embarrassed by the fact that she couldn't get over her body issues without something clouding her mind. "B-but... I'll take your word for it, kitten. I... I trust you."

Alice nuzzled Sera's chest, relishing in the warmth, and the upward pressure as Sera's member stiffened. "No need to worry." She said, reassuring.

Sera searched for a way to continue the conversation but couldn't really grasp any tangent. "So... y-you really can't see anything?" Sera said, relieved, but also disappointed that the full gravity of the show and tell wouldn't reach Alice.

She shook her head, "Nothing, just light... like before..." She said, referring to when they had first met. "But so, so much brighter."

"Hmm..." Sera mumbled, disappointed. "I will try to explain it later... but just know that, we are bonded now. As far as I know, you are the first non-seraph being to ever see... er... witness a crucible." Sera's member hardened even further as she said this. "But, I think it is time to go back... I... this... it's a little too much for me..."

"Sure," Alice said, unconsciously squeezing her legs gently around Sera's sex. Her heat increasing, thoughts of organs intermingling filling her head. "Let's go back."

Sera nodded, and Alice felt them accelerate in the direction her back was turned. It didn't take long before Sera removed a hand from Alice's back and reached out. The soft clicking of components turned, and finally a latch opened. A rush of wind dishevelled Alice's hair as they moved through the doorway. Alice, still blinded, heard the door shut behind them. In that instant gravity returned and Sera dropped an inch or two onto the floor, gracefully lowering Alice down. Her member bent, still held in the crease between Alice's legs. They both groaned, Sera at the uncomfortable bend. Alice at the delicious pressure.

Sera let Alice go. Alice stumbled backwards, the world white as if she had been flash banged. She pawed at her eyes, and blinked rapidly as edges and shadow slowly began to return. "Wow..." She muttered. "I hope I didn't damage anything, so bright."

"You should be okay... maybe... um, I guess that had never been done before. But... ummm..." Sera said as she took a few steps past Alice so she was off the wall and away from the door. "The crucible is part of you now, I don't think it would damage you, not one bonded to it."

Alice wasn't really listening, though her vision wasn't at all normal, she did see the door begin to disappear, as if it was melting into the wall. She rushed at it, pawing at the decaying semblance. She didn't really know why, but she had been locked in that small room for so long, and even though the door didn't lead out. It had led elsewhere. Its disappearance pulled at her heart. Though she couldn't help but feel that something else pulled, something on the other side.

Alice groaned and lightly hammered the wall as the last of the door disappeared. She let her forehead rest against what would have been the middle of the opening, her eyes closed, vision slowly returning to normal.

Eventually Alice took a deep breath and pulled her head from the wall, standing straight and opening her eyes to still see an empty space on the wall in front of her. She sighed and turned back towards the room. "Oh... whoa... umm... wow." She said, stunned.

Standing in front of her was Sera, as beautiful as ever. She was tall, slender, and ripped, with glowing olive skin, and darker than black hair that perfectly framed her face. Below, tenting wildly in front of her, was the outline of her nearly unbelievable member under her robe. It strained, pulsing with her triplet heartbeat. Sera was beat red, unable to meet Alice's eyes as the cat girl scanned the celestial's body.

"Just... wow..." Alice said, taking the first tentative step towards Sera.
