Hard to keep track of who is who and whats a dream

Very confusing switching back and forth between imagination and reality.

Please correct the names of characters, while it becomes clear from context, it still is very confusing when Tracy becomes Tina, Bonnie becomes Amy and Ron is suddenly Rob.

Mixing up his dreams with whats reality. I can't keep up. Also, how old is the MC???

So far, it's a perfect set-up. than

Enjoying the story but some other sized tits than DD would be a good change.

Much too difficult to follow - so I gave up, as it spoils the enjoyment

I do find this story quite erotic and original. However, when the "fantasy" is not in italics, I have to stop and question is this still the fantasy or is it one of his incredible "real" experiences with hospital staff which slows down the progress a bit and detracts. I would ask the author to edit to make sure -- and while at it, add missing quotation marks when someone is supposedly speaking aloud.

Bailing on the story, too hard to keep track of who's doing who. Throw in a name now and then. Plus, it's kind of annoying that the fantasy scenes are so much longer than...whatever.

That kind of thing should never sneek up on a story, big turnoff. Label if you must.
