I’m a naturalized Texan - 59 years - and three things perturbed me. Your description of Texas sounded like you read Wikipedia etc and generated a book report. You don’t call Stetsons Stetson cowboy hats. And, worst of all, you feckin’ DO NOT measure a woman in hands. Look up what happened to Jerry Jones when he referred to the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders as the “pick of the litter.” Now we love our horses and our dogs, but our women are NOT to be described in such terms,

I forgot to say that we don’t take our Stetsons off indoors because at $250 and up they are likely to be picked up by someone else and taken.
