Giving this a 3. Setting aside the content there are some basic storytelling and writing critiques I have.

1) The 4th paragraph seems to switch perspective to her husband, which confused me.

2) I feel like a more exploration of her relationship with her husband, both sexual and emotional, would have created greater depth and given weight to her claim to love her husband but needing something more.

3) During the sex scene Vanessa says "I can't believe I'm doing this." This felt inconsistent with her feelings in the rest of the story.

4) There are some minor grammatical and punctuation issues. They didn't detract from the story, but I noticed them.

On a more uplifting note, and having received some similar pretty brutal comments to a couple of my stories with similar themes, take heart in the fact that this story has gotten a lot of interaction and a number of favorites. It isn't bad and the sex is hot. You have set it up well for follow-up stories.
