I really like their relationship. Chapter 7 did not quite land for me. I think longer and more involved teasing in the Friday session would have been hotter. Or maybe more focus on his state of mind would have helped. Nonetheless looking forward to the next chapter.

Yes, yes, an excellent story, but so slow between chapters. Maybe that is the strategy...make us reread the whole thing every time to recall the details.
