Great story, nice build up.

Splash of vinegar and a bit of sugar improves rice, a "secret" I learned in Japan. Hot lemonade was favorite of my two brothers and I, I still like it! Wife found "Russian Refresher" and it became the go to for all of us in the winter and when camping. Delicious and warming!

A little letdown from Chapter 1 - I'm a it disappointed that the "Deja vu" and" Milestones" themes disappeared completely from this chapter. Eagerly awaiting Ch. 3 - I hope it doesn't take another 4 months. I really want to give it 4.5 stars, 'cause it's not quite up to the 5 star level that Ch. 1 reached, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and hit 5* again.

Just a quick update for the fans. It has been three months since I posted Chapter 2. Chapter 3 is well underway and I hope to have it finished soon. So please be patient with me. It seems that every year the months of January through May are not conducive to my writing hobby.
