Norzover 3 years agoMay In say the last one you made about anxiety helped me in the hardest of times, I found your work by accident but it's beautiful. I am up near 20 hours a day in chronic pain and my partner would do this but without letting him rest his not able to function as a Father, husband and carer. It's All balance. So on panic when my ptsd and anxiety that triggers from it gets too bad I listen to the first one and it's helps. The talk down from panic, grounding as well in this, just Thank you for bringing some peace of mind. Xxx
