I am not sure if Aiya is playing a long game or if she is really thinking about joining the Pure Bliss operation, but an unholy alliance with the Dr would be a more probable ending than an fool hardy escape attempt. Especially since it is unlikely her friends would ever be anything close to normal ever again. Perhaps being together, even on this island is the best they can hope for.
