How does he suddenly know how to control the curse and all these powers out of nowhere?

Ha! Good question. We're only into Tuesday - Melody will be Danielle's sixth daily client. My take was that Olivia, and all the action in her fantasy world, provided the necessary training to help him (or her) start harnessing his new powers.
