Probably not clear enough in the text, but the MC does retain testes and prostate. They're shoved just up under the pubic bone. That said, this setting doesn't have a futa gene-sequence at this time, so no futa babys.

Even if it were the case, however, I imagine that modders could find plenty of things to do that keep them in work. I actually had to scrap a couple of earlier editions that I felt took the mods too far too fast. I intend to slowly incorporate them and some other possible changes as things go forward.
