Interesting story, well written, but this guy comes across as an abusive idiot who I have a hard time as seeing as anything other than a vicious, childish, fool, and she comes over as a weakling. I think I would look to defining the characters and their roles and relationship a little more. Still a good story though.
@ Gortmundy: This guy comes across as an abusive idiot a vicious, childish manchild of a fool because he is one. :o)
This series teach me some lesson: Don't neglect your character portrait and plotplanning before starting. It's very hard to commit to a story which isn't only developping as it goes but whiches veryfoundation like the characterisation of the two main protagonists is constantly shifting because also the narrative is shifting as if the author isn't too sure which kind of story he is about to tell.
Is it a social drama or is it a redemtion story?
Sometimes it feels like this plot is the honest version of 50 shades. At least in this story the wannabe dom millionaire abuser is shown in all his abusive childish stupidness.
