Well, we need more chapters of just how far Yamada is going to take sweet Sarah down that long dark rabbit hole. THere are more adventures waiting for us to read.
I'm surprised Yamada went to get Sarah herself, since now there will be questions as to why someone in her care occasionally acts like a monkey. But i guess Yamada would probably find a way to spin it so that she's viewed in a positive light.
In reply to why Yamada would personally get Sarah, I'd say the school board is pretty much on her side, and is willing to overlook any strange features of her story if it gets Sarah out of their hair.
