Dr. Zoptic Pt. 09 - Doppelgänger

Cameron Ratzinger (Carter) drew a deep breath. Beads of sweat appeared on his back as he awaited. "Relax, Cameron," Zoptic (Mary) in a soothing voice assured quipped, "We need to wiggle more fingers past those sphincter muscles. We need to tap some of the exclusive output of the sperm you agreed to provide."

The focus shifted seamlessly back to Dr Zoptic (Zaftig) at the podium rendering instruction. "A rectal exam feels for lesions, polyps and enlargement of the prostate," Dr Zoptic (Zaftig) taught, "Rotate your fingers in the rectum to find the prostate. The digital insertion to explore the prostate is more psychologically eh -- unmanning than painful. Once insertion is accomplished the massage for signs of enlargement may be pleasurable to both doctor and patient. Male physicians take warning: wear a condom. Sometimes, both patient and physician cum together."

With the focus returning to the examination, Dr Zoptic (Mary) continued stimulating Carter's prostate until she heard him release pleasurable sounds. A pleasant whack on Carter's butt prompted him to right himself. Removing the collection condom and tying the top as directed, Carter passed the condom to Mary who held it up and declared it to be a good yield.

The focus returned to Dr Zoptic (Mary) on the podium watching herself on screen behind her. Turning to her audience, Dr Zoptic (Mary) continued her talk, "Sperm donations are fun medicine. In this clinic, we deal with some somber situations, among them the loving but infertile couple. Suppose testing shows the problem is the husband's sperm count. He may not be as the guys say behind his back, shooting blanks, but the count is too low to assure conception, yet high enough to interfere with artificial insemination. After intensive psychological counselling, the infertile couple must be advised that physical intimacy must be prevented in order to assure a successful insemination. The couple must be called upon to decide how to maintain a chaste relationship whether through mechanical restraint on erection and ejaculation, ie a chastity belt, and prevention of male's physical capacity to attain coitus through neural inhibitors. The latter is cheaper and requires less monitoring of the male partner."

Turning to the screen behind her, Dr Zoptic (Mary) viewed herself performing a routine testicular examination on a Morgan, a tall blond intern in Hospital administration. With Morgan standing tall, hands linked behind his head, Dr Zoptic grabbed Morgan's jaw to move his head to the right. Prior to conducting the procedure, Dr Zoptic explained, "A testicular examination is routine part of a thorough physical. There is no cause for embarrassment. The procedure is necessary to detect lumps or other irregularities." Zoptic clutched the scrotal sac and rolled Morgan's testicles between her fingers. Then, Zoptic ordered Morgan to cough. "Regular injections of anti -- androgen neurotransmitters," Zoptic continued her presentation, "should interdict sexual functioning, erection and prevent natural ejaculation."

"Circumcised intact male, no apparent distress, no sign of tumescence," Dr Zoptic reported, "no indication of edema or engorgement of the corpora cavernosa of the penis, colloquially limp. Despite palpation. Morgan remains impotent."

With the focus returning to Dr Zoptic (Mary) at the podium, Dr Zoptic returned to her lecture, " When a female is subject to the ejaculates of two or more males, sperm will compete to fertilize the ovum." Laughing, Dr Zoptic reflected, "Count on men not to work together. Presented with the risk of a rival, the male fearing he's been eh -- cuckolded, naturally produces a greater volume of higher quality ejaculate. Thus in the case of the male with the low sperm count, permitting continued sexual relations prevents artificial insemination the couple is paying for."

"Also outside the realm of the fun medicine of sperm donations is the preservation of sperm of a candidate for Orchiectomy," Dr Zoptic's (Mary's) expression turned grim as she introduced the next topic, "As a urinary clinic, we deal with som mae somber situations; including castrations of men or Orchiectomy with prostate and testicular cancer. Young men detected with cancer may elect to preserve their sperm for future use before undergoing surgery and chemo -- therapy.

With the focus on Dr Zoptic, I marveled how Al had seamlessly inserted my roommate Dr Rebecca Barton whom I called Zaftig into the scene. Dr Zoptic (Zaftig) knelt to Cameron's (stand-in's) right. Lifting Cameron's (stand-in's) penis, Dr Zoptic explained the functioning of the male reproductive organs before she began describing an Orchiectomy,"There are two possible testectomy procedures to remove the testes: Simple testectomy by a vertical incision through the scrotum," Zaftig used her right hand to draw an imaginary line bisecting the scrotal sac, "or an Inguinal testectomy by incision in the groin. Essentially you draw the testes through the incision essentially reversing the process which occurs in utero during the eighth month of pregnancy when the testicles descend through the body wall to settle in the scrotum."

Nurse Ashleigh chuckled, "Nurses could donate for practice, former boyfriends to the Castratrix."

Grasping Cameron's (stand-in's) scrotum, Dr Zoptic (Zaftig) continued, "Enter a man, strong and virile, leave a Eunuch," sighing, Zoptic (Zaftig) added, "completely sterile, a deserving state, utterly unable to propagate."

"Leaving nothing to chance, without coin jangling in his pants," Ashley growled, "he has no need for a new romance."

Dr Zoptic (Zaftig) laughed as she jiggled Cameron's (the stand -- in's) erect penis, noting the prominent blue streak down the length of the rigid shaft. With a sigh Dr Zoptic (Zaftig) continued, "Not all is bleak. Historically, palace eunuchs who additionally underwent a penectomy, removal of the penis, enjoyed a lifespan two decades longer than intact men with a greater chance of reaching 100 years of age. Strangely, in view of the obvious benefits, we don't get more requests to be neutered."

Responding to Cameron's (the stand -- in's) suspicious glare, Dr Zoptic unleashed chilling eerie laughter. "Don't worry," Dr Zoptic in a mocking tone reassured the patient, "Your testicles," Eyebrows raised, "your nuts," Dr Zoptic (Zaftig) cradled Cameron's (the stand -- in's) scrotum, "are still attached -- For now."

Her (Zaftig's) evil smile told it all. Zaftig certainly enjoyed making men uncomfortable.

Seated in the audience, I looked to Al. He shook his head. "We've found a way, Mary and Rebecca differ," Al leaned over to snicker.
