Constructive criticism - the comments she made about his size were on the border of believable. The fact that she made light of seeing other men that day and that it wasn’t a big deal somewhat sold that element. So, for whatever it’s worth, there’s probably more professional language she might have used to affect the same response - I assume it was intended to reinforce his humiliation.
