Will coach actually give Eveline any money?

Eveline just made over $40k at the event but when will she see any of it? We knew Strickland was bi but until now her lovers were not in the pictures. Will Strickland share? One wonders why Strickland as kept these lovers under wraps. As far as work goes, I got the impression that coach wanted Eveline to work on weekends but after Eveline's first day her work wanted her in the middle of the week for an art gallery. I wonder what coach is going to have to say about that? How is Eveline doing in her classes since her study time is strictly controlled? What kind of timeline are we looking at going forward as I have kind of lost time (days, weeks) since Eveline house burned down. How many more games has she played naked? Has she been disciplined at all? Did she get any praise from coach from the last game?

Has Eveline even got her wallet back (even though she has no place to put it)?

Response to the wallet concern

I didn't think the fate of Eveline's wallet was noteworthy and that anyone would care about that, but to answer the question: Eveline did get her ID's back as soon as she moved in with her coach. She would have had to show her state ID for the job interview and to open her bank account, and her school ID for anything school related. She would have had to use her state ID and her social security card to replace her birth certificate, which burned up in the house fire.

I read ahead a bit, even checking out the epilogue and your personal thoughts on this series over on your website.

I cannot read this story as all I can see in it is you ignoring character rationality to glorify abusive relationships.

Eveline ultimately stays with the coach even after her success for no reason than to be abused for the sake of being abused.

Eveline later becomes abusive towards Lance, outright admitting that she doesn't care about his happiness or free will so long as she can use him for her own goals.

And you somehow paint this as a good thing, while ignoring the obvious logic that if the coach is abusive to Eveline, she should leave her, and if Eveline is abusive to Lance, he should leave her.

As someone who has been abused and had to spend years of waiting, enduring, and working to escape my abusers, it sickens me that you would write your story trying to advocate that my abuse was a good thing and that I should have stayed with my abusers.

Considering all the other fiction like Twilight and Fifty Shades of Gray that glorifies and romanticizes abuse, it sickens me that you would write a story intentionally doing so for no reason other than for the sake of it.

But then again, you've intentionally taken your username from a Roman emperor well known for having numerous records that focus upon his cruelty, sadism, extravagance, and sexual perversion, presenting him as an insane tyrant. So I really should've gone in knowing that, no matter how innocently you presented things, it would be you glorifying, romanticizing, and justifying abusive relationships as a good thing.

Which, if I'm interpreting all of that correctly and all of this is completely intentional on your part? I suggest you seek professional help. It's done me wonders after I escaped my abusers.

Though I will chock up the fact that someone this sociopathically fond of advocating abuse as a good thing is probably a victim of the USA's completely broken health care system.
