I was liking the story but one simple detail ruined the story for me: Her willingness to share her mother with other men. I think that in the true harem stories, women aren't shared with other men. Why did she lose friendships because they flirt with her and now not only the flirting is gonna be ok but full-on sex is gonna be ok too? I can't understand it.
