After being served the Divorce Papers, I contacted Jim's lawyer in an effort to find Jim. That's not going to happen as the lawyer explained his arrangements with Jim. He has power of attorney to handle the divorce and the divorce will proceed without the need to contact Jim. Once the Divorce is complete, he will maintain receipt of the Decree until contacted by Jim. He knows that Jim is in a non-extradition country, but does not know which one.

As the children have been taken out of the country, the FBI became involved and they tracked Jim and Kathy to Frankfort. The FBI seemed to lose interest however when they found out that I had been involved with Marc LaValliere. LW got involved with the FBI as well in order to recover his money, but when it was discovered that he had been covering up Kathy's abuse, the FBI ignored his demands. The FBI did ask the IRS to look into LW's taxes as the amount of money he lost was deproteinate to what he had reported on taxes. Now, it seems that LW is talking to the IRS, without a lawyer, because he can't afford one.

I am no closer to finding Jim and the kids.

My night and morning with Marc LaValliere was definitely not worth it. I should not have left with him that night and humiliated my husband. I never should have tried to rationalized it to anyone, most of all myself. I let my ego write a check, I could not cash. My attempt to shift blame away from myself and not take responsibility for my actions, drove Jim farther away as opposed to helping heal the massive wounds I had inflicted on him. LW's interference only exacerbated the problem as it now obviously was a lame attempt at an object lesson for myself and Jim as it just showed that LW thinks everyone around him is just stupid and Jim took that very personally. While Kathy and Jim's theft of LW and Rob's money is a crime of major proportion, I can't really say that it isn't justified. No one should be subjected to physical and mental abuse as Kathy was and I guess if I am honest with myself, Jim was being mentally abused as well.

I tried to convince myself and Jim that my night with Marc hadn't changed anything, but it obviously changed everything and I'm an idiot to think otherwise.

My actions first drove my husband to think about killing himself and then to exact revenge on everyone involved and boy has he.

Jim was patient, methodical and waited until I was sure everything was fine with our marriage before he did take his revenge.

Well played, Jim.

I am a junkie for all the FS stuff i think i stopped counting somewhere around 130 variations sequels and re-writes i think this is my fav Jim i should re-read the first one soon, but I don't want to be disappointed (you can never go home again kinda thing). Some might say Jim didn't stay true to the seminal work, but truth is that kind of treatment would change a guy or kill him, and the happy to have her back shit she is like a river who she was after is not who she was before.

It is wandering, not wondering.

Haven't read the story yet, just wanted to address the section about comments and feedback, I'm gonna give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you maybe have a few people just witch hunting you on here which admittedly happens sometimes, and I understand people go way too far with the negativity and hateful shit when they comment on here, however I'll say this in regards to what was essentially a "if you've never written you can't have an opinion" remark. I'm about as average as it gets, but I don't need to be a hall of fame NFL player to tell you when a player isn't very good, because they're surrounded by players who are actually good that shine 50x brighter. Furthermore, I don't think I've ever read a single story from you. Maybe you're good maybe not. I have no clue. I'll start reading asap. However I'd like to quote Raylan Givens from Justified. "if you run into an asshole in the morning, then you ran into an asshole. If you ran into assholes all day, you're the asshole." if you have posted several stories and have gotten such consistent negative feedback to the point you need to go full Ricktatorship in the Preamble....

MartyMartini, DON"T READ THEM!!!!! people like this really get under my skin. I for one enjoy the Feb Sux additions many people have written. Then you get someone like this guy MartyMartini that thinks because he is tired of them no one should be able to read them. Who twisted his arm and made him read it. I bet he voted for Biden.

I'm sorry, Linda reads a letter from her husband about how he left her and took her children from her (clearly with the intent of that being for *years*)...

And her initial response is "Wow"?

No way I believe she went into shock or, if she did, that it happened immediately - as in "I left you blah blah blah" should have been enough to upset her at "I left you".

I disagree because I also always thought that in the original, LW manipulated Jim as much if not more than all his friends and I always considered him a piece of shit both for what he pulled as well as his ongoing reticence to really help him divorce Linda. An experienced lawyer who's a family member should have been able to point Jim towards a number of eploitable loopholes in the system and help him go nuclear on the bitch.

But, let's be honest anyone can write a piece of inflamatory fiction like GA that turns the MC into a passive wimp listening to external bullshit advice meant to keep him compliant while repressing his sense of justice, denigrating his self belief and destroying his self respect.

However unlike GA, RG and the others who think men are punch bags, the rest try insert a sense of justice. Mostly proportional but sometimes OTT.

I suspect however, that stories posted predominantly reflect the writers belief system so we can gather much of who 'they' are by the stories they post. Me too I expect.

Allnigher. Good points. Jim was convinced that Linda was a whore and therefore was unsuitable as a parent so he felt justified in kidnapping them and taking them out of the country. I am sure that there ware sex workers who are good parents, or at least adéquat parents. Tarring all sex workers, or whores, with the same brush is a stretch. Even if she continued to fuck other men, that does not mean that she was necessarily an unfit mother. Also, I gather from this chapter that Linda is not fucking around, and regrets what she did, not that she got caught. She comes across as actually quite responsible and now fully understands what she did, Jim’s reaction, and his letter to her. This is not the reaction of someone who would be “unfit” as a mother. All nitpicks; I still enjoyed the story.

I give a *5 for almost any story that dumps Linda and cripples Marc. Taking the children was just a little extra added fun. Not really realistic, but entertaining for sure. Your little lecture in your foreword wasn’t well received. I, like 88% of the clowns posting here in Lovin Wives, have no writing talent and no business trying to post a story. Someone who wrote a lame cuck story, a Buster or NakedCraving, has no more right to comment than I do. Even the great HDK, NTH, or even Randi, has any more right to comment than I do. I read your story and left my opinion. Just write, don’t lecture.

If you do leave a negative review, but you have never written anything here yourself, your words are hollow and have no merit. How can you speak with any authority if you have no experience writing?

dude are YOU serious?
