I was a little hesitant after reading Ch. 2, but the POV transitions in Ch. 3 are much cleaner, for the most part. (At least they are on pages 1 and 3; page 2 still has problems.) I'll bump this one up to 3/5, and suggest that the services of a competent editor would likely gain you another point at least. Keep growing, and keep writing.
