Four-Hour Layover

"Yes, I do this a lot. There are a lot of layovers here in Detroit. I've used this hotel before."

I wanted to ask him how I compared with his other easy lays during layovers, but I didn't have the courage to--and I was afraid of what he might say. I did it on the porn screen. I'm fuckin' good at lying under a man. I'd have thought he would gush about how good a lay I was. But I guess Ted Buckley wasn't the gushing type.

So, I left the room fully satiated sexually, but having hoped there would be more on an emotional level.

Ah, well.

He sat across from me in the waiting area at my gate, both of us in the same positions where we had started some three hours earlier.

"I was beginning to worry," I said. "They've already called boarding for your flight--over there at the other gate."

"I like this gate better," he said, giving me that dazzling smile of his.

"I like you here better too, but you don't want to miss your flight."

"I won't," he said. "I changed my ticketing. I thought maybe I'd go down and see what Key West was like for a couple of weeks."

My heart skipped a beat and other areas of my body were coming alive too.

"I changed my plane reservations, but I didn't have time to check out accommodations. Maybe something will come up in that department--something other than what's already hard again, if you know what I mean."

"I know exactly what you mean," I said. "And I think I can help you in the accommodations department. You might have to share a bed, though."

"Perfect," he answered. That dazzling smile again.
