I think many people see this as confusing because you have the stories listed under incest/taboo vs science fiction/fantasy. I also think you need to have your protagonist meet the sister sooner than later so you can explain how the world works

Hey...this is a fun story and you need to go with your muse! Sure, I will enjoy it if the sister and cousin join Mom and Aunt. It would be great if he helps out and runs into someone magical at the home if he hooks up with Samara. He definitely needs more Ms. Soder and her other daughter.
