I could quibble about the faculty appointment, but someone has already addressed that. Also technically there could still be an issue with "harrassment". But in reality... who cares the story of their journey, and the school community's journey Far outweigh them. I look forward to reading more of your work,

One minor niggle - Assistant Professors are lower rank than Associate Professors.
