It was a massive own goal by male lawyers not to argue "Unfairly diminish" in their submission.
Celebrated as precedent law the mechanism of "Just Male Diminishment" was born. A concept previously ruled sexist was now considered appropriate to reflect society's new order. Femocracy had begun.
