I love the idea of a brother/sister/sister love triangle. Certain aspects of your story are excellent. But there's too much drama laced into the whole thing. It was bad enough with Annie and her control freak drama alone. But compounding it by upping the ante with mom's garbage on top of it almost made me stop reading this series. 3/5
