This is a great story all around. The MC describing how he feels and his problems are way too relatable! I have never seen my own state of being so perfectly captured. That mindset is all too real.

I love this story, it’s so real… *so fucking real* and the idea of the Girl(tm) basically brainwashing him to help him get over his issues was just so… wholesome to me. I love the happy ending of this story, he isn’t a slave to a machine overlord, or some nothing drone, he’s just a guy, brainwashed to let go and allow the Girl(tm) to care for him. Loved it so much!

Even aside from the fantasy elements, the story is actually a pretty good therapy session. Well done 👍🏻
