Weird place to end the story

The story ended in a weird spot. And the premise seems weak. She’s pretty much had sex with just about everyone she knows and still is despite being married and she can’t understand why she needs/likes rough humiliating sex? The story as currently written is meh. But it could be much better.

I love the premise, thank you.

Yes the ending was a touch abrupt but I think the build up and discussion between patient and Dr was done well.

Genuinely looking forward to where this is going. It has the potential to be a wonderful series.
