A good start to the story but I feel it's in the wrong category. Personally I don't think a cheating spouse is all that romantic

Why do writers write about couples who don't talk each other and apparently one of them doesn't love the other. So instead of talking the wife, mostly, goes off and fucks someone else. Why don't writers just end the marriage go 50/50 then they can both find what they need.

Loving Wives category. So downgrade by one for your deception.

Romance. Hardly.
