Totally narrated. I dislike it when the narrator tells me EVERYTHING in the story. I much prefer that the characters tell me their own story, with the narrator restricting him- or herself to the setups and transitions. I recognize it is much easier to present the characters' stories for them ... easier, but not anywhere nearly as good ... even if their conversations are not particularly well done!
