i know others disagree, but I really enjoy this story, and I think the author does a good job in the descriptions of things going on. Hope to see many more chapters.

I like the story too.

An idea for the third part: the condition could become less severe sometimes after he had settled for is adult lifestyle.

E.g. only needs to cum every few days (more realistic but no so exiting) or his body learn's to stop when a full load is stored, so he could still perform the same but does not need to.

That could open new options for him (does he want to keep a a swinger lifestyle, settle down, try it and go back ...)
