I May Be Guilty, but... Beginning

Wow.... I just read further in the comments: There seem to be many Literotica "Judges" here who think that it's OK for stories to be written about women who (ostensibly) are sexually abused and gang-raped by their husband and his friends, but for a professional - a psychiatrist at that, to break a rule in a modest fashion is sacrilege To say that this is a double standard levied by those judges is an understatement!

Excellent... a realistic portrayal of a breach of trust.

However, it's a minor breach as he had not been seeing her as a patient except for the first consult - which was only an 'advice' session for a minor prescription and she did not come back the second time looking for counselling for herself. So - he would be sanctioned if found out, but I doubt it will happen! It seems like the professional relationship is now past, if it ever existed. Good arrangement for two needy people. Too bad she's lost her interest in her husband..... but, a woman's needs should not be ignored!! I doubt if anyone in a professional field would take this story as a path to follow just because you suggested it as a possibility. The cover here is for Debra to say that she met him outside of his office setting.

This guy's professional career is over. No leeway, and he is probably looking at jail time. The (ex) husband will own everything he once had. Kind of a sick story.

I am a psychosocial behavioral therapist by trade. My masters is in abnormal psychology and I have been doing this for over 18 years. I know literally hundreds of people in this industry and peripheral ones. Never has a relationship started like this beared good fruit. On top of the moral and ethical quandaries there is the fact that by his training alone he is manipulating this woman and having her "handle" her husband to also come see him. The husband would be well within his rights to have this man unlicensed then sued for unethical malpractice. He would lose most of that money he is proud of and would not be able to obtain a license again anywhere within the united states. Maybe she is worth all that too him being his advanced age but I...and for that matter those like me do this mainly to help others and prescribe to the old medical adage "do no harm". Now the loving wives section of Literotica is not where I would expect to see the Bastians of morality and keepers of justice regularly but one can hope. Given how close this story hits home for me, I have been faced with similar issues years past and was able to stay professional and ethical. Let's see where this goes...

Very believable, but he may have given in on his professional ethics a little soon. So that conflict is a potential problem you’ll be dealing with, along with an age difference, all the issues of a married wife seeking love outside her marriage (and make no mistake, you’ve built up a love affair, not a sex only liaison), and perhaps the most dangerous, the fact that a licensed therapist is professionally guiding her into solving his own life problems. Your task as an author is complicated! Can’t wait to see how you deal with it all! Thanks for writing!

A. Why do you think I chose the hero's name to be DAVID? Read the bible story about David and Bath Sheba...

B. Did you pay attention to the TITLE of the story?...

C. If comment about MORALITY, I wonder how you feel when you read stories about a son fucking his mother behind his father's back... stories about non-consent and/or rape, gang bang...

D. I repeat what I wrote before - Many of us have skeletons in our closets... In this story we discover a skeleton that is (still) well hidden from others in the community. But the story doesn't end here. Be patient...

This is know as The Perfection Diversion or “Nobody’s Perfect!” and “Everybody makes mistakes!” unethical behavior rationalization dodge. This is a only legitimate defense if, in fact, an individual has been accused of not being perfect. Used otherwise, its just an attempt to minimize the significance of genuine misconduct. When an act suggests that more than an honest mistake or single instance of bad judgment was involved, and that an individual’s conduct indicates a broader lack of character or ethical sensitivity, “Nobody’s perfect!” and “Everybody makes mistakes!” are not only inappropriate and irrelevant, but are presumptively efforts to change the subject away from the unethical behavior.

The fact that nobody is perfect does not mean that it isn’t necessary and very appropriate to point out unethical conduct when it occurs. It also does not argue for failing to make reasonable assumptions about the ethical instincts of the actor if and when the unethical nature of conduct strongly suggests that it is not an aberration, but a symptom of bad character and unethical behavior.

Though nobody is perfect and everyone makes mistakes, we are all still very much accountable for the mistakes we make.

This is a 1* because any story that celebrates an abusive relationship, which this manifestly is, should not be published ever. Author obviously has no concept of professionalism, ethics or the law, and so any story written by someone like that is not worth reading.

First Reaction: Dirty. Your story makes me feel dirty. Its like some kind of sports coach seducing one of his students to become his fuck toy? He's using his position of trust, authority, and power to relax and compromise this woman's morality and marriage vows. Do you understand that this pig can prescribe sexual enhancement and mind altering drugs? So he turns her into his slut, and her husband finds out, and now somebody or more are going to get mentally injured, and possible physically injured, maybe dead by homicide or suicide. And this is the first chapter. Yeah, do your damnedest. Thanks for the effort.
