If you plan on continuing this story I suppose you could bring incest into it in future chapters, but this one does not belong in the incest category at all regardless of the age difference or the fact the guy was friends with her kids. He is not her kid or any kind of relative so there is no incest.

I will not be adding another chapter. I clearly stated this wasn't an incest story. I put in this category for lack of a better choice, as it is considered taboo by many people. If there was a Milf/Cougar category I would have chosen it!
